Vary the flour by adding ¼ chopped onion and 3 tbsp green pepper
½ lb cooked sliced bacon cooked and crumbled
6 eggs
1 can creamed corn
2 tbsp butter or margarine
In a bowl beat eggs. Add corn and bacon. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture. Cook and stir till eggs are completely set. Yields 3 servings
